Talks between govt. and agitating Dr. KC’s talks team end inconclusively
  Kathmandu, Nepal      July 25 2018

Kathmandu, Nepal: The talks held between government team and representatives of Dr Govinda KC ended inconclusively on Wednesday, thanks to the indifferences shown by the government’s talk team on the demands of Dr. KC.

The talk team formed on behalf of Dr. KC under the leadership of Dr Abhishek Raj Singh had walked out of the negotiating table alleging the government talk team for remaining indifferent to the demands of agitating doctor KC.

There is no meaning to sit for next round of dialogue unless government pledges to endorse the National Medical Education Bill only after revision as per the demands of Dr KC, talk team coordinator Dr. Sigh said after the meeting.

As Dr KC’s 15th hunger strike launched demanding reform in the medical education marked 26th day on Wednesday, his heath condition is deteriorating further. However, none of the side, particularly the government, does not seem serious to end his hunger strike through the negotiation.
