Barsaman pun targeted with bullet at Rolpa

Kathmandu, Nepal: CPN Maoist Center leader and candidate Barsha Man Pun has been targeted with a bullet near Dui Kholi river of Rolpa District on Sunday.
It is said that leader Pun saved from a narrow margin of the bullet. An unidentified group had fired a bullet targeting Pun during his poll campaign program. 
The firing was occurred while he was heading to Iriwang from Rangse of the district to address an election program.
In response, security forces deployed for the security of Pun had also fired about eight rounds but no one was hurt or caught.  
As Iriwang is the village of secretary general of Nepal Communist Party NCP Netra Bikram Chand, it is believed that cadres of the party would have targeted Pun with bullet.
