Former King Gyanendra Shar admitted at Norvic Hospital

Kathmandu, Nepal: Ex-king Gyanendra Shah has been receiving treatments at Thapathali based Norvic International Hospital in Kathmandu. He was admitted to the hospital for treatment of his heart ailment.

According to the hospital source, a doctor’s team led by Dr Yadav Dev Bhatta has started the angioplasty procedure. It is said that a valve of his heart was found to have blocked.

Former King Shah had marked his 70th birthday on July 7. It is said that he has long been sufferings from heart related ailments.
