Pokhara, Nepal: CPN UML Provincial Assembly (PA) member Prithvi Subba Gurung has been elected as the Chief Minister (CM) of the Province 4 rightly after he was appointed in the post on Monday.
Gurung was elected as CM after majority PA members voted in support of him. Out of the total 60 PA members, 39 members from the leftist alliance signed in the proposal tabled seeking appointment of Gurung as the CM.
With the appointment of CM, the way is paved to form the provincial government in the Province 4.
