Kathmandu, Nepal, November 19, 2019: The main opposition Nepali Congress (NC) has unveiled party’s commitment paper for the upcoming by-election scheduled for November 30.
The 21-page long commitment paper has heighted the achievements made by the past government led by the Nepali Congress and failure of the government led by the communist parties including the recent one.
The NC has accused the government of failing to live up to the people's expectations despite having a two-thirds majority. Unveiling the commitment paper at party’s headquarter, Sanepa amid a press conference on Tuesday, NC’s spokesperson Bishow Prakash Shrama accused the government for not only failing to implement the constitution but also to protect the Nepali territory.
