Kathmandu, Nepal, May 1, 2022: 133th International Labor Day is being marked today by organizing various programs in different parts of the world including in Nepal. Different trade unions and labor organizations are conducting different programs to mark the day on Sunday.
The Nepal Trade Union Congress, the labor organization affiliated to the ruling head Nepali Congress organized a rally in Kathmandu on Sunday morning. The rally that was started from Bhrikutimandap converged into assembly at Bagbazar. Different labor leaders addressed the program highlighting the role of the labors and importance of marking the day.
Likewise, other different labor unions and organizations are also conducting different programs to mark the day today.
