Kathmandu, Nepal, february 2, 2022: Australian Ambassador to Nepal Felicity Volk pays a courtesy call to the Minister for Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation Pampha Bhusal at latter’s office in Singhdurbar on Monday.
During the meeting the duo discussed on ranges of issues related to the mutual interest and benefits between the two countries.
On the occasion, Minister Bhusal appraised the Australia for the cordial and friendly bilateral relations established since 1960. Minister Bhusal also thanked the Australia for its support to Nepal's economic and social development.
Responding to the concerns of Minister Bhusal, Ambassador Volk assured on behalf of the Australian Government to continue the support on Nepal's economic and social development.
During the meeting, Ambassador Volk also expressed her willingness to assist in the promotion of water resources and renewable energy in Nepal.
