Dr. KC begins his 13th hunger strike

Kathmandu, Nepal:  Senior orthopedic surgeon Dr. Govinda KC has begun his 13th fast-unto-death again on Thursday demanding reform in medical sector in the country. 
 
Dr. KC had begun his 12th fast-unto-death earlier, on September 27. But the strike was postponed after two days citing Dashain festival.
