Kathmandu, Nepal, September 21, 2022: Gagan Thapa, candidate of Nepali Congress from Kathmandu constituency No. 4 for the member of the House of Representative (HoR) has reached at a film hall with his spouse at the time when vote counting was underway on Monday.
The young and influential leader Thapa, who is also the General Secretary of the Nepali Congress, went to QFX Darbar Mall at Darbar Marg to watch the movie 'Mahapurusha’ starred by renowned Nepali artist, Harivansh Acharya. Thapa reached at the film hall 2.30 pm.
Sharing a picture with his wife from the cinema hall on social media, Thapa states as 'leaser time after many days of running.
Thapa was active in election campaign not only in his constituency but many parts of the country. Thapa has also shown his interests to vie in the post of parliamentary party leader of the Nepali Congress to lead the to be formed new government,
Thapa has been leading in the ongoing counting of votes leaving clear sign of winning in the election. He has been making huge lead than his nearest competitor, Rajan Bhattarai of CPN-UML.
