Kathmandu, Nepal, June 22, 2020: Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut has spit venom against of a magazine, Vogue India, for mistreating and mutilating for several occasions even claiming that the magazine had refused to put her picture on their cover pointing out the reason that she was not an A-lister.
During an interview with another media, Pinkvilla, Kangana said ‘during my movie fashion’s release in 2008, Vogue did a cover with Priyanka Chopra and refused to put me on their cover they said I am not an A-lister.’
Kangana’s anger against of the magazine would have intended for publishing her photos sans her consent and imbursement. Though she has not mentioned clearly but hinted over the issue.
I see that they (the owner of the magazine) keep using my pictures and videos to promote themselves, is this fair? Isn’t it supposed to be beneficial for both the parties involved? She asked. The magazine worked with me a total of two times before banning. However, it has still continued to use my pictures and videos in their work.
