GIC To Issue 30 Percent Right Shares

Kathmandu, Nepal May 23, 2022: General Insurance Company Nepal Limited (GIC) is going to issue 30 percent right shares. Board of Directors meeting held on Monday decided to this effect. 


However, the decision has to be approved from Insurance Board, the regulatory body of the insurance company in Nepal.
