Opposition parties in Nepal try to tighten ropes against of the government

Kathmandu, Nepal, January 15, 2025: Opposition parties have been chalking out strategy against of the ruling allies, particularly the government.

 With the aim to chalk out the strategy, opposition parties are holding meetings in a daily basis. As part of their regular bilateral and trilateral meetings, the opposition parties’ are also set a meeting today at Singha Durbar.

The Maoist Center, the main opposition party in the parliament, has been coordinating the opposition parties urging them to firmly stand against of the ruling allies, particularly the government.

The meeting of the opposition parties has set a aim to address key concerns surrounding the government’s actions, a participant of the meeting said adding that discussions would focus on the government’s working style, its failure to convene parliament, and the controversial recently issued ordinances.
