Guwahati : In a shocking incident, a brave Head Constable of the the Railway Protection Force (RPF) risked his life to save a passenger from getting run over by a fast-moving train.
The incident took place at Guwahati railway station on August 19, where brave Head Constable of RPF Guwahati BS Pegu risked his life and saved a passanger of train no.14055 Dn Brahmaputra Mail from getting run over on platform no 1.
The entire incident was captured on the CCTV cameras installed at the railway station.
The NF Railway tweeted – "Head Constable RPF Guwahati Shri BS Pegu saved a passanger of train no.14055 Dn Brahmaputra Mail from getting run over on PF No.1. While we salute constable Pegu for his bravery, we appeal to all, not to board or get off a moving train. It may cost you your life."
