Kathmandu, Nepal, September 7, 2021: Nepal records 1,423 new coronavirus infection cases from across the country in the past 24 hours on Tuesday. With the addition, nationwide infection tally has advanced to 772,182.
Meanwhile, 2,072 people, who had infected earlier with the virus, have been discharged after getting recovered in the past 24 hours. With the addition, nationwide recovery tally ahs advanced to 731,000.
Likewise, 21 more fatalities related to the coronavirus infections have been recorded from across the country in the past 24 hours. With the addition, nationwide mortality tally ahs advanced to 10,879.
According to the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP), 15,034 total tests were conducted in the last 24 hours. Of the total tests conducted in the apst 24 hours, 11,111 were PCR tests while 3,923 were antigen tests.
