Kathmandu, Nepal, July 15, 2020: Nepal has reported 116 new cases of coronavirus in the past 24 hours. With the new number of positive cases, Nepal’s coronavirus tally has soared to 17,177.
The Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP)’s spokesperson Jageshwar Gautam said on Wednesday during a regular après conference that real time PCR tests conducted at 26 labs in various parts of the country confirmed the new number of infected cases.
Likewise, 697 persons, who earlier tested positive for coronavirus, have returned home after recovery in the past 24 hours. With the new cases of recovery, Nepal’s total number of recovery tally has reached to 11, 025.
