Kathmandu, Nepal, May 25, 2020: Total numbers of coronavirus (COVID-19) positive cases have jumped to 675 with 72 new cases identified on Monday. According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 27 new cases identified at Rajpur Farhadawa rural micipality 2, 6 and 8 and Ishnath rural municipality, 2 of Rautahat district.
Likewise, 23 new cases were detected in Gadhimai Municipality, two from Kalaiya Municipality and Kotwali rural municipality, 1 of Bara district. Seven patients identified from Gurans Rural Municipality, Narayan Municipality and Dhaneshwar Rural Municipality of Dailekh district, four patients from Duduwa and Rapti Sonari rural municipalities of Banke district, two patients from Dakneshwari Municipality of Saptari district and from Basadhi rural municipality, 9 of Bardiya district.
Similarly, three patients found each from Nagarain Municipality, 3 of Dhanusha district, Shivraj Municipality-4, 5 and 6 of Kapilvastu district, Tokha and Budhanilkantha Municipality in Kathmandu districts.
