Dhangadhi, July 19, 2019: The Netra Bikram Chand-led Nepal Communist Party (NCP) has claimed the responsibility for Thursday evening's powerful bomb blast in Dhangadhi, the district headquarters of Kailali district.

Issuing a press statement on Friday, the party's Seti-Mahakali Bureau In-charge has claimed the responsibilities that the Oli-led incumbent government should take responsibility for the incident. However, he has not made clear that why the government should take the responsibility of the blast.

In the incident, NCP cadre, Ram Singh, who is believed to have carrying the bomb, breathed his last during the course of treatment in Maya Metro Hospital in Kailali later on Thursday night.

The incident of explosion is taken meaningfully as it has occurred in the mean time when the government has been holding discussion with the outlawed outfit with the aim to bring it into mainstream politics.
