Earthquake Measuring 4.5 Richter Scale Hit Gorkha

Kathmandu, Nepal April 16, 2019: An earthquake measuring 4.5 Richter scale hit Gorkha and surrounding areas at 12:35 PM on Tuesday leaving terror among the general public. 

Though no casualties have been reported so far, many people had come out to the house and building fearing of any damage. 

Since Nepal is inching closer to the date to mark the third anniversary of the devastating earthquake, Nepal has repeatedly been felting the terror of earthquake.

According to the National Seismological Center (NSC), Tuesday’s earthquake is the third earthquake above 4.5 Richter scale in the past five days. 

Earlier, on April 13, a 4.6 Richter scale earthquake had hit the Rasuwa district while another 4.8 Richter scale earthquake had hit Bajhang on the 14th April.
