KMC 16 Number ward chairman Rijal passes away due to dengue

Kathmandu, Nepal, September 7, 2023: Mukunda Rijal, the ward chairman of Ward Number 16 of Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC), passed away on Thursday.

Rijal, who was elected as the ward chairman representing to the Nepali Congress, also held the position of Regional President for the party's Kathmandu Constituency No. 7 passes away while receiving treatment at Grandi Hospital.

Late Rijal was admitted to Grandi Hospital due to ailments related to the dengue.

Meanwhile, the KMC has organized a tribute program in honor of late Rijal.
