Nepal Airlines aircraft suffers tire burst while landing at TIA

Kathmandu, Nepal: the newly bought Nepal Airlines aircraft has suffered tire burst while landing at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) on Tuesday afternoon.
 
The Airbus 320 escaped from the accident as one rear tire of the aircraft burst while it was heading to parking bay while landing at TIA at 12:4 pm. 
 
The aircraft had arrived from the Indira Gandhi International Airport in New Delhi. It is said that the aircraft has suffered a minor damage after the major landing gear was detached.
 
The aircraft was piloted by senior Captain Vijay Lama and co-pilot Sanjay Poudel. It is said that about 185 passengers including the Foreign Affair Minister Dr. Prakash Saran Mahat were on board in the aircraft.
