Kathmandu, Nepal, September 5, 2023: The government has promoted Phaninder Gautam to the post of secretary from the law group under the judicial service.
Based on the recommendations made by the Judicial Service Commission, the government has promoted Gautam from the legal group to the new secretary.
Newly appointed secretary Gautam has been given the responsibility of secretary in the Truth and Reconciliation Commission.
After Law Secretary Dhanraj Gyawali retired from the civil service on July 5, the post of secretary in the legal group of the justice service became vacant.
