Police arrest ‘Enough Is Enough’ campaigners from Baluwatar

Kathmandu, Nepal, July 31, 2020: ‘Enough Is Enough’ campaigners have been arrested from the Prime Minister KP Oli’s official residence during their protests on Friday. 

The police arrested the dozens of campaigners during the protest demanding immediate implementation of the 12 point deal signed by the government and the representatives of the campaigners. 

A deal was signed between the representatives of the government and activists on July 7 for effective response to the pandemic of coronavirus (Covid-19) crisis. The activists have launched again the protests alleging the government of failing to implement the deal.
