Prime Minister Dahal cancels US trip in the eleventh hour

Kathmandu, Nepal: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal's visit to the United States of America, which was scheduled from Monday, has been cancelled in the eleventh hour today.
 
The cancelation of the Prime Minister Dahal's visit to the US in the eleventh hour is taken importantly. The office of the Prime Minister had also been preparing to the visit even in the last hour. 
 
It is stated that the Prime Minister’s trip to US was canceled bearing in mind that it was the time for laying focus on addressing the voices of agitating Madhesi, Tharu and ethnic communities rather than setting out for a foreign trip.
 
As the people have a voice that the PM should focus himself on the enforcement of the constitution and acceleration of the post-earthquake rebuilding drive, the visit was canceled, the Secretariat of the Prime Minister has stated issuing a press statement on Monday. 
 
In the absence of the Prime Minister Dahal, Foreign Affair Minister Dr Prakash Sharan Mahat will represent the Nepal in the 71st United Nations General Assembly (UNGA). He has already left for the US from New Delhi. 
 
Some critics have a claim that the visit of the Prime Minister would have canceled fearing with the possible protest there. 
 
Some Human rights activist had claimed that they would protest in the US demanding justice from the war era crime.
