Prime Minister Oli Leaves For Vietnam And Cambodia; DPM Pokhrel To Look After The Responsibility Of PM

Kathmandu, Nepal, May 09, 2019: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has left for Vietnam and Cambodia on Thursday. He is accompanied by his spouse Radhika Shakya.

PM Oli is visiting Vietnam and Cambodia at the invitation of his counterparts Nguyen Xuan Phuc and Hun Sen respectively.

According to the office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers, the Prime Minister will stay Vietnam from May 9 to 13 and Cambodia from May 13 to 15. 

Meanwhile, President Bidya Devi Bhandari has assigned Deputy Prime Minister and minister for defense Ishwar Pokharel to look after the daily administrative works of the Prime Minister during the absence of Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli.

The President assigned the responsibility to the DPM and Defense Minister Pokharel on the recommendation of the Prime Minister Oli.
