Earthquake of 3.5 rector scales shakes Kathmandu valley, Banglamukhi area was the epicenter of the earthquake

Kathmandu, Nepal, August 5, 2020: Strong jolt of earthquake has been felt in and around the Kathmanndu vally on Wedensday afternoon. The earthquake occurred at 4:30 pm. 

According to the National Seismological Centre, the earthquake magnitude of 3.5 rector scale was recorded at 4:30 pm. It is said that the epicenter of the earthquake was Bangalamukhi area of Lalitpur district. 

Earlier, an earthquake was also felt on Tuesday night in Kathmandu valley. The epicenter of the earthquake was Thapathali area of Kathmandu.
