Kathmandu, Nepal, September 26, 2023: Nepal and China have agreed upon to co-operate in the fields of hydropower, wind energy, solar energy and hydrogen power development.

As per the agreement Kerung Rasuwagadhi Chilime 220 KV international transmission line will be build, states the statement. However, the statement does not mention about the source of investment and deadline to accomplish the project.
"Construction of Kerung Rasuwagadhi Chilime 220 KV cross border power transmission line will be started as soon as possible," only reads the statement.
