Kathmandu, Nepal, September 11, 2020: Nepal’s total coronavirus (COVID-19) infection cases have reached to 53,120 after 1,201 new cases recorded in the past 24 hours.
According to the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP), of the newly recorded 1,201 new cases, 785 were males while 416 were females. Likewise, the MoHP has also stated that of the 1,201 new cases, 431 were from Kathmandu valley alone.
852 people, who were tested positive of coronavirus, have returned home after recovery in the past 24 hours. With the new addition, total numbers of recovery cases have reached to 37,524.
Similarly, death toll due to the infection of coronavirus has reached to 336 after 14 persons died including five in Kathmandu valley in the past 24 hours due to the infection of the deadly virus.
