Kathmandu, Nepal, May 6, 2021: Renowned Nepali musician Prem Dhoj Pradhan has passed at the age of 85 on Thursday.
Pradhan passed away during the course of treatment at Sundhara of Kathmandu based Kathmandu Neuro and General Hospital.
He was admitted at the hospital due to ailments related to the chest infections.
He was born in 1994 BS in Sindhupalchowk district.
Singer Pradhan sang more than 700 songs including ‘Maya Na Mara Mayalu’, ‘Namana Laaj Yastari’, among them ‘Goreto Tyo Gaun ko’, and many more others.
Various artists and literary figures have expressed sorrow and condolence over the demise of senior musician Pradhan.
