Kathmandu, Nepal, October 21, 2023: Nepal has defeated Hong Kong by 79 runs in the ongoing triangular T20I series on Saturday. With the winning for the third time, Nepal has entered in the finals.
In the match held at Mulpani Cricket Ground, Nepal won the toss and chose to bat. Nepal managed to beat Hong Kong at 134 runs sealing their third consecutive win after conceding 214 runs for victory.
Earlier, Nepal had defeated UAE by 7 wickets in the first match. In the second match, Nepal had defeated Hong Kong by 6 wickets.
With the double victory, Nepal has reached in the final by being at the top with 6 points,
The final match between Nepal and UAE is scheduled for coming Monday. Likewise, UAE and Hong Kong are going to compete on coming Sunday and Wednesday.
