Kathmandu, Nepal:  Yampanchak , popularly known as Tihar, begins bringing happiness and joys among the Nepalese from today. 
 
The first day of second largest festival of Nepalese Hindus is being celebrated as the Kag (crow) Tihar, throughout the country on Friday.
 
 The five-day festival is not only the festival of humans but also the animals and birds as well. The first day of Tihar used to observe by worshipping the Kag by feeding delicious food. 
 
The second day of the five-day long festival observe as the Kukur (Dog) Tihar by worshipping and providing delicious food to the dog, the symbol of devotion. 
 
Third day observe by worshiping the cow, the symbol of wealth, fourth day by worshiping Goru (Ox), recognizing its contribution in the cultivation, and last or fifth day as Bhai tika, by offering tika to the brothers by sisters.
