Kathmandu, Nepal, January 20, 2022: Nepal records 10052 new cases of coronavirus infections from across the country in the past 24 hours on Monday. With the addition, nationwide infection tally has advanced to 887769.
Meanwhile, 649 people, who had infected earlier with the virus, have been discharged after getting recovered in the past 24 hours. With the addition, nationwide recovery tally has advanced to 818809.
Likewise, four more deaths related to the coronavirus infections have been recorded in the past 24 hours. With the addition, nationwide death tally has advanced to 11632.
There are currently 57328 active cases of coronavirus infections across the country till Thursday. Of the total active cases, only 125 people have been staying in institutional quarantine facilities.
