Kathmandu, Nepal, March 14, 2022: Nepal records just 50 new cases of coronavirus (COVID-19) infection cases from across the country in the past 24 hours on Monday. With the addition, nationalide infection tally has advanced to 977987.
Likeiwse, 148 people, who had infected earlier with the virus, have been discharged after getting recovered in the past 24 hours. With the addition, nationwide recovery tally has advanced to 961218.
According to the updates compiled by the Ministry of heath and population, no death related to the coronavirus infections is recorded in the past 24 hours. So far, 11950 people have lost their lives due to the infection of coronavirus in Nepal.
There are currently 4819 active cases of coronavirus infections across the country. Of them, only 106 individuals are staying in quarantine facilities. As many as 5,418 swab samples were tested for coronavirus in the past 24 hours, the MoHP has stated.
