Kathmandu, Nepal, August 1, 2022: Model Songs Nepal has opened the application form for the ‘National Designer Runway,’ the fashion design competition that is being organized for the first time in Nepal.
It is said that students who are undergoing training in fashion designing and interested contestants in fashion designing boutiques can fill up their application form to participate in the competition.
The organizer has a belief that the competition would help to prove themselves in the field of fashion designing by presenting the skills they have learned through art.
The competition is being organized to promote the fashion design sector and develop the professionalism of the professionals, Devil Singh Rajput, CEO of the organizing body said.
According to him, the best winner of the competition will get Rs 50,000 in cash along with the top title and other attractive gifts while the second place winner and third place winner will get Rs 30,000 and Rs 20,000 in cash respectively along with various other attractive gifts.
Likewise, he also said that the top 10 competitors of the ‘National Designer Runway’ will have the opportunity to present their fashion designs on the stage of ‘Global Fashion Runway’ in Thailand.
