Kathmandu, Nepal, May 5, 2019: 201st birth anniversary of Karl Marx, the German philosopher and thinker is marked across the world including in Nepal on Sunday. Karl Marx was born on May 5, 1881 in Germany.
A function was organized in the capital on Sunday to mark the birth anniversary of the communist philosopher Karl Marx.
In the function organized by the birth Celebration Committee, various leaders including the Chairman of ruling NCP, senior leaders Jhala Nath Khanal and many others highlighted the philosophy of Karl Marx claiming that the Marx’s philosophy is still relevant.
Most of the Nepali Communist parties including the government head Nepal Communist Party (NCP) used to adhere the Marx’s philosophy as the guiding principle of the party.
