Kathmandu, Nepal: An aftershock measuring 4.1 on the Richter scale rocked central region of Nepal on Wednesday afternoon.
The National Seismological Center (NSC), Lainchaur, the aftershock was occurred at 2:14 pm. Though the epicenter of the aftershock was in Dolakha, it was felt in the surrounding including Ramechhap, Kavrepalanchowk and Kathmandu valley.
Earlier, an aftershock measuring 4.6 on Richter scale had also rocked the Dolakha district. The aftershock was also felt in Kathmandu valley.
Following the Gorkha earthquake that devastated Nepal on April 25 in 2015, the NSC has recorded 472 aftershocks with different epicenter in Nepal.
