Kathmandu, Nepal: All party meeting held on Tuesday concluded to opt middle path solution to address the grievances of the agitating United Democratic Madhesi Front (UDMF) but not backtrack from the decision to hold local level elections on May 14.
 
In the meeting called by the Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal at parliamentary building, New Baneshowr, the top leaders of the different political parties represent in the parliament have also suggested the government to take into board the agitating Madhes based parties by addressing their genuine demands. 
 
As the UDMF has already announced its protest program against the government decision to hold the local level election on May 14 with the determination not to allow holding the elections in Terai districts, no leaders from the Mahdes based parties were present in the meeting. 
 
‘The elections will be held on the stipulated date but the government will try to seek a middle way solution toward the grievances shown by the Madhesi Morcha on the constitution amendment bill,’ Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal said after a meeting.
