Gorkha, Nepal: It is likely that Naya Shakti’s coordinator Dr Baburam Bhattarai would win the elections from Gorkha. Bhattrai has been leading vote count for federal parliament seat with a margin of 3,068 votes.
According to latest poll update made available from the election office at Gorkha, he has secured 20,897 votes while his contender CPN Maoist Centre’s candidate Narayan Kaji Shrestha has secured just 17,829 votes.
However, there is no sure about the victory because about 19,000 votes are yet to be counted.
