Kathmandu, Nepal : Dinesh Bhattarai has been appointed as the foreign policy advisor of the Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba .
A Cabinet meeting held on Monday morning made the appointment.
Bhattarai is known as the experts in the fields of the foreign affair.
He has the experience of Nepali ambassador to Geneva.
He had served as foreign affairs advisor to former Prime Minister Sushil Koirala.
