Kathmandu, Nepal, March 7, 2020: President of China Xi Jinping, who is also the General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, has wished for a speedy recovery of Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli.
According to the Chinese Embassy in Kathmandu, President Xi wished so by sending an oral message on Saturday.
Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, who is also a chairperson of the ruling head Nepal Communist Party (NCP), had undergone a successful kidney transplant surgery at Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital (TUTH) in Kathmandu on Wednesday.
‘I would like to extend sincere solicitude to you and wish you an early recovery on behalf of the Chinese government and people as well as in my own name,’ Chinese President Xi has stated in the message.
Likewise, in the message, he has also expressed his willingness to work together with the Prime Minister Oli to lead the relations between the government, parties and the countries.
