Kathmandu, Nepal : A clash ensued between cadres of Rastriya Janata Party Nepal(RJPN) and the police at Rajbiraj on Sunday.
As RJPN cadres tried to foil an interaction programme at the Saptari district headquarters, police had intervened the agitation.Chief Election Commissioner Ayodhee Prasad Yadav was to take part
the programme .
