Kathmandu, Nepal, April 3, 2019: The Cyclone Fani, which is believed to have formed from the Bay of Bengal, has begun to affect the normal life in different parts of the country including in Kathmandu from Friday.
The weather condition in Kathmandu changed on Friday with moderate rainfall and winds. The Department of Hydrology and Meteorology has said that cyclone Fani would affect the regular pattern of weather in some parts of Nepal.
With the weather forecast of Cyclone Fani, the government of India has already evacuated nearly a million people in the eastern coast of the country including Odisha.
