Nepalgunj, Nepal: One more death has been reported during violence related to the first phase of local level elections held on May 14.
According to the media reports, Dhanaru Batala of Kalikot district breathed his last on Monday. Batala had severely injured due to bullet injuries opened fire by the Nepal Police on Monday.
Police had opened fire after Batala and his team had attempted to burn the ballot papers following the scuffle between the rival factions during elections at Naraharinath Village council on Monday afternoon.
