Syangja, Nepal: Four people of a family died after a landslide buried a house at Keware-7 of the district on Sunday morning.
The house of Thaman Singh Saru was buried at around 1 am on Sunday due to torrential rainfall.
According to the District police, the deceased are Chandra Kumari Saru (78), Hom Kumari Mashrangi, 32, her son Milan Mashrangi, 1 and daughter Poonam Mashrangi, 7.
Hom Kumari of Malyangkot of the district had come to her father’s house along with her son and a daughter to celebrate Teej festival.
As landslide had damaged a part of the house, vive others of the family sleeping in another room are alive.
