Pokhara, Nepal: A Free Students Union (FSU) election contestant student has committed suicide here on Thursday.
Rima Chhetri, 20, contestant for the post President in the ongoing FSU elections from the Free Student Union (FSU), the Nepali Congress affiliated student wing, at Siddhartha Campus in Phedikhola Pokhara, committed suicide by hanging at her own house on Thursday morning.
Though the cause behind the death is not revealed yet, Chhetri, who was the student of Bachelor 2nd year, had left a suicide note stating ‘there is no more hope for living,’ a police officer, who was involved in the investigation, said.
