Kathmandu, Nepal: A writ of habeas corpus has been filed at Supreme Court (SC), demanding release of Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Nawaraj Silwal.
Senior Lawyer Purna Prasad Rajbanshi on Monday filed the case at SC, the apex court of the country demanding immediate release.
Nepal Police had on Monday morning arrested Silwal for his alleged involvement in tempering the government documents.
