Kathmandu, Nepal: The meeting of the Legislature-Parliament has been deferred till 11.00 am on Wednesday morning, thanks to the main opposition CPN UML’s obstruction in the parliament.
 
Earlier, the meeting of the parliament was scheduled for 1.00 pm on Tuesday. But the meeting could not commence due to the meeting among the top leaders of the major three parties- Nepali Congress, CPN UML and the Maoist Center. The meeting was ended without bearing any fruit.
 
Again, the meeting was rescheduled for 3 pm. But the meeting was also postponed for the second time till 5 pm after the UML lawmakers created obstruction in the Parliament.
 
Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal was scheduled to address the house session on Tuesday, but the UML did not allow functioning the meeting protesting the government’s decision to increase the number of the local units. 
 
It was supposed that the Prime Minister Dahal would announce his resignation while addressing the parliament.
