Kathmandu, Nepal: Main opposition CPN-UML has obstructed the parliament meeting on Wednesday demanding resumption of vote counting in Bharatpur metropolitan city. 
 
Following the obstruction in the House meeting, Speaker Onsari Gharti has differed the meeting till 1 pm on Thursday.
 
UML Lawmakers obstructed the House standing from their seats as soon as Speaker Gharti announced the commencement of the meeting.
 
UML lawmaker Surendra Pandey alleged the government and the concerned agencies for dillydallying to resume the vote counting process in Bharatpur. 
 
The vote counting should be resumed immediately not only to stop us from declaring the further stern action but also to establish the democratic principle in the country, Pandey said.
