Kathmandu, Nepal : Top leaders of the major political parties are holding talks at the Parliament building at Baneshwar to develop a consensus to end the deadlock in the House proceedings.


As the main opposition party CPN UML Obstructed the parliament, the government allies Nepali Congress and CPN Maoist Centre's leaders are in a bid to woo the UML to let function the parliamentary meeting.
 
Following the obstruction of the UML in the parliament the meeting is postponed for Tuesday. The  obstruction in the parliament has affected the voting process of the prime Minister, which was scheduled for Sunday.
