Kathmandu, Nepal: Wrapping up his official visit to India as Nepal’s Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal’s special envoy, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Home affairs Bimalendra Nidhi returned home on Tuesday.
 
Nidhi has claimed that his visit to India succeeded in improving Nepal-India relations. During brief talks with the media persons at the Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, Nidhi claimed that his visit to India has also paved the way for high profile visit between the two neighboring countries. 
 
He extended invitation to both the Head of the State and Head of the Government of neighboring India President Pranab Mukherjee Prime Minister Narendra Modi respectively on behalf of President Bidya Devi Bhandari and Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal. 
 
During his stay in New Delhi, he also held bilateral talks President Pranab Mukherjee, Prime Minister Modi, Bharatiya Janata Party chairman Amit Shah, Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi, former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and many other high ranking government officials and politicians.
