Kathmandu, Nepal : Nepali congress president Sher Bahadur Deuba has been elected as the parliamentary Party (PP) leader wirh 25 votes different with his contender Central committee member and former general secretary Prakash Man Singh.
During the electron held at the PP office Singhdurbar Deuba garnered 44 Votes while Singh bagged just 19 votes.
